Gabriel Alvarez has taken the unconventional path to his current role with the San Francisco Giants. He began his career with the Giants in 2007 as the Clubhouse Manager for their High-A minor league affiliate in San Jose, California. By being intentional in his daily approach to be a cultural asset beyond his role, he has continued to make an impact in whatever role the Giants trust him in.
