Today we’re introducing the GreyMatter Notification Center, a significant step in the AX evolution. It helps you optimize security operations with a wide range of notification types and multi-channel delivery—all customizable through a centralized user interface.

The Notification Center empowers you to quickly identify new or pending reviews, prioritize high-risk threats, and reduce oversight with one-click access to relevant content, all while allowing you to customize how and when you receive alerts across multiple channels to suit your preferences.

  • Notification preferences – Customize your experience with full control over notification types and delivery channels, ensuring you receive alerts the way you prefer.
  • Quiet hours – Set your schedule to mute notifications during off-hours, so you can unplug.
  • New notifications – Instantly see unread notifications with clear badging and highlighted listings, allowing you to prioritize your attention.
  • Toast notifications – Stay updated with in-app banners on both web and mobile, drawing your attention to important notifications.
  • Mobile push notification sounds – Customize notification sounds on your mobile device to ensure you never miss an alert that requires your attention.

Notification Types

Access a variety of notification types to stay informed about critical updates.

Incidents – Notifications related to ticketed security operations incidents triggered by real-time threat detection rules.

  • New Incident: Be notified of newly created incidents needing your attention.
  • Escalated: Respond to incidents escalated by ReliaQuest for your action.
    • Reminders – Receive reminders for unacknowledged escalated notifications, ensuring you’re always on top of critical issues.
  • New note: Stay updated with new notes added to incidents.
  • Assigned: Know when you’re assigned to an incident.
  • Mentioned: Get updates when you’re mentioned in incident notes.

Playbook execution – Get notified on the status of response playbooks, whether they succeed, partially complete, or fail.

Emergency – Be informed first through push updates about mass-impact news and threats, such as zero-day vulnerabilities.
