Welcome to Digital Shadow’s Sub-processor page where we maintain a current list of companies authorized to access, store, or process Customer data or Personal Information for Digital Shadows services.

We only use sub-processors when necessary for the provision of services. We do not share any data with third parties for any purpose other than delivering those set out in the contract with the Customer. Throughout we rely upon the EU standard Contractual Clauses for all data processing operations.

ReliaQuest: Digital Shadows is a ReliaQuest Company. Our processing legal entities and locations are as follows,

Nature of processing: In providing services to our customers we may rely upon colleagues in the Service Delivery and Security Operations Teams to assist us in managing the triage of alerts to our customers. We also rely upon the security operations platforms to monitor and manage the security of the Platform.

Zendesk, Inc. 1019 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA

Location: Ireland (EU version of Zendesk is utilized)

Nature of processing: ZenDesk provides a hosted application that processes support tickets submitted online or sent to [email protected]. Digital Shadows utilizes the Zendesk EU hosted version of their application to ensure compliance with EU data protection legislation.

Salesforce.com Sarl, Route de la Longeraie 9, Morges, 1110, Switzerland

Salesforce stores and manages Digital Shadows’ customer account data through its sales and service modules and that data is located in the EU version of Salesforce. Salesforce has received approval from European data protection authorities for its Binding Corporate Rules. Salesforce is compliant with SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, Privacy-Shield EU-US and GDPR, and is TüV Rheinland CCS certified.
