Description:

-          Work with clients to minimize tax liability and ensure their organization complies with local, state, federal and international law.

-          Work closely with our clients to understand their global goals and strategies and how industry and economic trends that affect their business

-          Use their expertise to provide compliance and consulting services to corporate and individual clients.

-          Offering day-to-day management of accounts through delivering all tax consulting services and bringing in specialists when necessary

-          Participate in engagements requiring tax analysis for a variety of entities

-          Supervises assignments by the professional accountants serving as Tax consultants

Qualifications:

-          4+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry

-          Excellent research and writing skills

-          Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field; prior Big 4 business a plus

-          CPA, Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification required

-          Advanced degree preferred

-          Technology, real estate, life sciences or consumer business a plus
