Whether we are working with an organization to staff a short term project or assisting them in finding an important full time employee we want to make sure that we are providing both the organization and the individuals that we are working with an exceptional level of service built around open lines of communication, attention to detail, and accountability. Talent is a word that we hear everywhere today whether it is referencing an athlete, professional, a child, a company, etc. Everyone is talented in their own way. Successful organizations learn how to leverage and blend different talents to accomplish a common goal. ReliaQuest leverages our own talent with the talent of the organizations that hire us to ensure that we find the right fit for each specific area of need that our clients might have.
ReliaQuest is focused on the long term success of our clients and the individuals we work with. Success is a long term focus. We not only invest a lot of time and process on the front end of working with a client or individual but we stay very active through the interviewing process and more importantly we stay involved after the individual is chosen. For our consultants that assist our clients with short term and long term projects we maintain an active project management role throughout the duration of the project going on site to meet with our consultants at least one time per week. For our clients that hire using our Executive Recruiting services to hire full time permanent employees we stay involved with the process through the first 12 month’s of the new person’s placement with the client company. Our goal in each case is to work to ensure the success of our work by staying involved and assisting in opening lines of communication by taking an active role in managing the goals and expectations of both our clients and the individuals we represent.
