Our Process
ReliaQuest Associates go through an in depth review of an individual’s career, education, personality, etc to get a clear picture of the overall experience and goals of the individual. We focus on pulling out and highlighting specific experiences that sometimes are not reflected in a traditional resume. We don’t simply send a resume, but instead we build a professional profile of the individual to accompany the resume. But that is just the first step; we work with candidates to thoroughly understand not only the position but the client company prior to ever meeting the client. We also spend time with our candidates coaching them on interview best practices and even role playing with candidates to get them some experience in a mock interview setting.
